Large tool responses defeat output compression

Symptom: Returning whole downloads or JSON documents fills agent context even with RTK enabled.

Fix: Save complete downloads/logs to files, return selected fields using jq or the CLI’s --json/--jq options, and inspect bounded excerpts. RTK’s estimated savings are not a guarantee that every command is compressed. Batch independent reads and prefer a completion-aware wait (for example gh run watch RUN_ID --exit-status) over rapid repeated status polling.
